We appoint a global account manager to serve as the main contact person for the customer's project manager. We have a key account manager in place in each supply region, who is responsible for local cooperation.

We assure our customers continuous communication between the global account management and the key account management as well as the fulfillment of the agreed service standards and the implementation of changes.

The customer appoints a project manager for the entire project and a regional manager for each region. The customer ensures that there is efficient communication between all the locations involved.
Requests for changes are submitted to the project manager and the key account manager, who are jointly responsible for decisions on implementation.

We are ready to support the customer's technical department with our engineering services. If the customer takes decisions or makes changes, our network for engineering support services can help them in their efforts to implement new specifications worldwide.
